"Brenna has been absolutely fabulous at keeping STB's operations running when I am out of town - and by out of town, I mean off the grid in the deserts of Egypt. When my manager quit unexpectedly and turned my world upside down—nearly forcing me to cancel my bought and paid for trip abroad - Brenna was able to step in seamlessly. She reviewed our manager protocols and got up to speed quickly, giving clients a true STB experience, even in my absence.
